  • Payment must be received in full before orders are processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including suspected fraud, misuse, or policy violations.

4. Final Sale & No Refund Policy

All sales are final. The Source does not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Replacements may be considered only in cases of verified quality or color issues, subject to our Return & Replacement Policy. By purchasing, you agree to these terms.

5. Replacement Policy Acknowledgement

To be eligible for a replacement due to a quality or color issue:

  • Claims must be submitted within 90 days of delivery

  • A minimum of 50% of the affected hair pack must be returned

Failure to meet these requirements will void replacement eligibility.

6. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Once an order has shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. The Source is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered

  • Customs delays, duties, or import fees
