The Source – Return & Replacement Policy
At The Source, we stand behind the quality of our products. Due to the nature of hair products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Replacement Eligibility
If you experience a quality issue or color discrepancy, you may be eligible for a replacement only (not a refund), subject to the conditions below.
To qualify for a replacement:

You must contact us within 90 days of receiving your order

You are required to return a minimum of 50% of the affected hair pack
Once the returned hair is received and inspected, an approved replacement will be issued for the affected pack only.
Non-Eligible Situations
Replacements will not be issued for:

Orders where less than 50% of the pack is returned

Issues reported outside the 90-day window

Change of mind, ordering errors, or preference-based color differences
Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

Replacement shipping will be covered by The Source once the claim is approved
